Please support Ceci Christenson, a student at my high school. Last year, Ceci was diagnosed with MDS, a serious blood marrow disease. Ceci was fortunate enough to have two blood marrow matches and is now doing better after a transplant. It’s very difficult for a patient to find a match. Today’s campaign involves men and women to email Oprah to get word out about this horrible disease. Ceci hopes that by getting onto the Oprah show more people will sign up for the National Marrow Registry, so that every patient can find a match.
